How to check:

  • Most UK garden taps are ¾ inch BSP (British Standard Pipe).

  • If you already use a Hozelock-style connector, it’s very likely ¾ inch.

  • Still unsure? Measure the outer diameter of the tap thread - it should be approximately 26mm.
